The diplomat role has the ability to fire an agent. This action is always submitted for review to the Admin team. - How To
- Select Diplomat from the left hand menu bar.
- Select Fire an Agent from Submit New Request.
- Use the radio list to select the agent you wish to fire.
- Click Submit
- The system will send the action to the admin team to review.
